Working together with the church leadership you will help direct the missional life of the church using your theological understanding to enable the church to discover and participate in God's mission in the world.
You will nurture and develop the existing missional community by establishing and supporting existing areas of work, and encouraging and implementing new areas of work where relevant.
You will use your keen interest in the emerging church movement to bring new ideas to the church, and through your missional focus help to build and establish a welcoming and holistic worshipping community. You will also enjoy the opportunity to manage a committed team of employees and volunteers.
Applicants are required to have a Christian commitment and be able to uphold our Christian Ethos, which is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003.
