The congregations of Flotta, Hoy, Rousay and Shapinsay, a diverse and newly formed Island Grouping, are now seeking a Community Minister to inspire and lead them forward on their faith journey.
You’ll live on the Orkney mainland, and travel around the islands to lead worship, spending up to three nights a week on the islands.
You’ll combine Sunday worship with pastoral visits, bible study groups and other activities as required; you’ll also encourage and develop local congregation leaders, and explore new approaches to inter-island worship.
